Your responsibilities:

  • Provide the customer with trust in terms of best practice in corporate payments, liquidity and bank account management as part of the complete sales cycle
  • Work with the customer’s representatives in order to define clear and complete input concerning the business requirements
  • Coordination of multiple customers’ requirements, including the preparation of workshops and providing detailed product demonstrations
  • If required, manage the implementation of product requirements in close alignment with the product development teams

Your profile:

  • University or college degree in the area of IT, finance and/or linguistics
  • At least 8 years of relevant business experience in general: corporate customer service knowledge
  • Technical / IT and/or finance background (i.e. SAP FICO) finance knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of written and spoken English and German (B2 – C1)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and be proactive – self-driven personality with ideas for self-improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on listening and questioning skills
  • Team player, but also ability to work independently
